Processing Time

• The average processing time is 3-5 business days.
• Pre-order products require 14 to 30 business days for processing. Each product page indicates if it is a pre-order item.

Shipping Time

• US (United States) Shipping Time: 7-15 business days
• Other Countries Shipping Time: 7-18 business days

• Free shipping for orders over $150 USD
• Otherwise, a fee of $6.99 applies.

Note: The given shipping fee is a discounted price, and the actual shipping fee may apply during refunds.

This correction can only be made before the parcel is dispatched. The ability to change the address after dispatch depends on the discretion of the shipping company. If it cannot be changed, the parcel will eventually be returned to us, and we can either resend it after deducting the return costs or issue a refund

Good news! EU VAT is prepaid, so you don't have to worry about additional duties. The cost for VAT on shipments to the EU is covered by us, so you can receive your package without any additional VAT payment.

Customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country.

We strive continuously to offer products of the highest possible quality, hoping that you will fall in love with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Requirements:

If you wish to return a product, please send a return/exchange request to [info@qincoco.com] with the following details:

• Order number
• Evidence photos/videos of the issue/defect

Return Conditions:

• The product must have all original tags attached.
• The product must be unwashed.
• The product should not have any smells, perfumes, or cosmetics on it.
• The product should be in a resalable condition.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees in the following cases:

• If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
• If the customer did not carefully read the product description and ordered the wrong product.
• If the customer changed their mind.
• However, if the order is canceled before shipping, it can be refunded without a restocking fee.

A tracking number is required when returning your order. Without it, the refund service for your order will be discontinued.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
